Accessibility
A publication made to be read.
The accessibility approach and verification limits for neutral.org.
Our aim
The target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We use semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, high contrast, resizable text and accessible controls. Content adapts to small screens and respects reduced-motion preferences.
Reading and navigation
The opening skip link moves directly to the content. Essays have a collapsible contents list and linked notes with return links. Each diagram can be opened at full size. Language links lead to the equivalent page in the other language.
Verification and limits
Automated checks and Chrome reviews are part of publishing. An automated score does not demonstrate full conformance. Screen-reader and physical-device checks depend on availability; we do not claim every browser and assistive-technology combination has been tested.
